Billing cycles
Billing cycles start on the 1st of the month.
Upgrading
When upgrading to the Startup or Business account, you will settle the amount for the higher plan for remaining days of the month. This way you can directly make use of the upgraded functionality. You will have access to an additional marketplace and receive more credits.
Downgrading
When downgrading to a lower plan, you will still have access for the (prepaid) remaining days of the month. On the 1st of the month you're plan is effectively downgraded and you will lose access.
Payment methods
Payments are handled by our partner Mollie. All our customers can pay invoices through credit card (VISA and Mastercard). Monthly recurring SEPA direct debit is available for our European customers in addition to the creditcard.
